Part time brokers & agents just do not have the same professionalism and skill level generally of a full timer dedicated to the craft.

And my point here is that that particular skill is a Pre-requisite to entering a business that depends 100% on your ability to do just that.

I am  employed full time and have 2 yound kids, so dont have liberty to pull out too much of time to learn this art, but I can certainly manage to pull out some time as needed.

I do not want most tenants to work on my properties as they lack the skills and  tools.  

Having the skill set to close transactions is something you can take anywhere and have a career as a closer.
