I'm Watching a quick clip of Grant Cardone on youtube saying we need to be online, the best marketing tools are sites like facebook and Instagram.

Can you see them on estate agents sites?

What sites do you recommend to rent out a single family home?

Because most wholesalers move so much volume and most are a first come first served basis, they usually don't allow an inspection period after signing a contract in order to close quickly.

Some towns will list contractors on thier web site who have worket in the area.

I didn't hear from him on Tuesday, he texted me Thursday to tell me he was finishing the bathroom for someone else and would be on site Today ( he is on site now, I told him I wouldn't pay him until he completes the project). 

These podcasts are outstanding, so I figured the site must be worth checking out, too.
