@Andrew Portnoy thank you, I have no ties to my personal information, I have the LLC set up with, business accounts, EIN, emails etc. as far as the separate bank account FL require it to be in a non interest bearing account that I have set up for my other property.

Create an llc where the c-Corp and you are partners...This is a VERY simplified version, so all the lawyers and CPAs don't need to yell at me about how that's not so easy!
