They can't always fly in to present their arguments and wouldn't due to the mob mentality at the town halls. 

I prioritize cash flow assuming 10% down and typical expenses. 

It has everything to do with our economy, salaries for the lower income bracket, and a renters mentality.

Is she mentally capable?
