Does anyone have a contractor they could recommend in San Antonio? I have a 4 plex that will need a major renovation that can start very soon. I have some quotes but I haven’t clicked with the right general contractor. Looking for some recommendations.

Hey @Brian Baker I would probably get out to some real estate investor meetups. Meet some other investors. Having friends who are investors is GOLD. I see even on here you only have 2 connections. Networking is so important for this very reason.

Sometimes people dont want to give out THEIR contractors to strangers because they think they might then be too busy for them. I know that is not true, but it is what some people think. Get out there and meet some people!!
