Hey BP Community,I saw a video on Youtube by a BRRRR investor who said he was able to get money out of his BRRRR in just TWO MONTHS with his strategy.

I watched the video promoting the new stuff and wasn't impressed.They are rolling out stuff geared toward the renter that will show the total cost with all fees and taxes so you can do an apples to apples comparison.

You need to take on someone that is passionate about all or a part of your business and sees the opportunity to be an expert in one part of your company.

I typically want to walk the property, or have the realtor walk it and send me video and pictures.

Maybe, you need to wait until you have more cash, or watch Pace Mobry's videos about getting seller financing. 

I’ve spent some time on BP forums, listened to a few podcasts and watched a few BP youtube videos.

No mailer or letter is large and credible enough to hose your reviews, explanation how it works, videos that show your character etc. etc..
