What's everyone think of the updates from Airbnb today for Hosts?

If you host on Airbnb you're probably already aware that they're launching 10 new updates to the platform for Hosts starting today. The updates are mostly to aircover policy and procredure, but there are some other tiny functionality changes in the way things are listed and in backend work. What do you y'all think?

Still doesn't do anything to help drive visibility for superhosts IMO now that categories are out!

The new pro-host ones I'm glad to see are:

1) Ground rules for guests

Simpler ground rules, supported by stronger accountability policies, help ensure guests treat every home with care and respect.

2) Retaliatory review protections

We’ve expanded the reasons a review can be disputed and are allowing Hosts to request removal of any retaliatory reviews in their history.

3) Easier AirCover for Hosts claims process

Hosts can now file a reimbursement request in just a few easy steps and track its status on the Today Tab.

4) Guest identity verification

Our comprehensive verification system checks details such as name, address, government ID, and more to confirm the identity of guests who book on Airbnb.  (I believe this will be fully in place by spring 2023)
