This is amazing I just watched your youtube video on estimating rehabs and the scope of work, this morning before I went and looked at this house and I used your checklist and took tons of notes on everything you talked about!

Possibly there is a way to meet either Monday morning or late afternoon.

Keep them apprised of your schedule and make sure the workers aren't there super early in the morning. 

If Minneapolis goes the same direction as California, I would expect capital flight, shortage of housing and all of the items that were cited in the article.
