LOL.. judge just signed my order.. house is 100% covered in vines and blackberries and there is just a tiny path to the front door.. she opens the cat food cans and just chucks them on the little space on the porch.. since she would not answer us I had the cops do a wellness check and they did get her to the door.. you have to hold your breath when you get within 10 feet it.Also I am told the brother took a car apart and put it back together in the basement so supposedly there is a full size car we will have to deal with.. but this is a demo and rebuild new construction...

I bet they used one of those little space heaters, which are known for catching fire and overloading a circuit and breaker and burn out outlets.

I don't mind personal sacrifices of quality of life, personal space, or amenities.I know this a lot but you have a very good idea where I am coming from.

There is plenty of off street parking in the garages (6 garage spaces in total) plus two driveways.Thanks for taking the time to help out a newbie to the forums. 

Making A Space To Work Start by setting aside a space in your home for working, for doing deals, and conducting your business.

lol maybe some suggestions on a decent long lasting kitchen floor that is modern, sinks, countertops, cabinets, etc.  

Both properties have been very profitable due to the fact that i completely redesigned them in the modern style that i am accustomed to designing and people love them.

The duplex scenario is better than the SFH in that you have your own space.

We decided to knock down a wall in the kitchen and use some of the garage space added kitchen and eating area, plus close off the 3rd bedroom from the kitchen. 

I can't say that I have advice for you from any place of experience because I'm just starting in real estate as well but sacrifice and patience seem to be a common theme amongst those who have been successful.
