For someone "working in the industry", that's a pretty dangerous mentality to have. 

Yet, I think with the internet and information being so readily available some people don’t realize that the information didn’t just appear but someone had to take the time and put forth the effort to put up the information that the reader is benefitting from.I wonder if the advent of the ability to copy contributed to the entitlement mentality.

Keeping a couple choice properties might make sense if you aren't going to pay attention but mentally checking out on real estate is in my mind riskier than leverage.

Trying to look for deals and build relationship in multiple areas at the same time might not be the best strategy as it can be exhausting and you loose focus and keep bouncing one market to another.

The tenant that suddenly stops paying rent and starts "fixing" things that are not broken, and eventually ends up in a mental hospital.

Once I feel like I’ve exhausted my options there, then I’ll take to ikea or amazon.

Didn't spend a ton of time killing ourselves on the name, just wanted something that was easy to remember, sounded sophisticated and conjured up the mental picture we were looking for.
