I gave her my account info and am waiting to see if she pays me.If the payment goes through, the 30 day Termination still stands of course. 

The property is listed on the mls, but conveniently doesn’t have the info on financing.

You didn’t post much info, so it’s hard to say for sure, but from what you wrote you likely won’t be able to get paid a fee at closing.

There is not enough info in your question for anyone to really come up with a good answer.

From there you get the person's name, the address (sometimes), the parcel #, and a few more bits of info.

That being said I never lived there so if you have any insider info on the neighborhoods I'd appreciate it.

This would give you the info you need to either talk to the HOA about the situation (since it was a modification to the property that was done after the tenant moved in) or for her to hire a mover to do the work because she either cant or won't.  

For that reason, it would be great if it could accept bank account info directly as well.I tried quickbooks several years ago, but I don't have a strong accounting background and found it cumbersome to set up and maintain so I ended up going back to my trusty spreadsheets.
