And basically anything that rings a bell would be helpful.The reason i am asking about this is i am trying to understand if there is a market need (pain) to make revenue streams more predictable and to insure away such risks.

Is this purely a market appreciation deal that you're meant to hold onto 10+ yrs for it to make sense on paper?

Very familiar with the VA market.

I bought it off market at a great deal with a conventional mortgage as a primary residence with the plans to rent it after the 12 month period has passed so I can legally rent it.
