The amenities are what set them apart, golf, lazy rivers, restaurants, arcades, theaters etc on site are a big influence to families traveling here.

They will likely refuse to vacate since you are providing them a free place to stay and this would, of course, then require the entire eviction process which your lazy judge seems to refuse to address.Another option is a "cash for keys" deal.
