Indianapolis strategy/ Connection
Good Afternoon All!
Currently own 28 units in Indy that are extremely underperforming as my time is extremely limited currently which means I need to find a new solution. Most units need some sort of work from minor (plumbing) to major with entire homes having fire damage. I'm open to all sorts of ideas/suggestions/thoughts etc. Potential is unlimited with these just need to get the right strategy. Thoughts?
