I would recommend visiting for awhile and seeing if it is the change of pace that you are looking for.Also check how far your money goes here for your primary and the class of rental that you intend to pursue.Check the competition landscape for sign companies if your business is mostly local traffic and you can't maintain your NC accounts from here.

But I do assume that the utilities are underestimated by 100%, I assume that all of those break-fix items (repair a washing machine, change locks, etc.) are going to cost me double, and even landscaping is going to cost me double.
