Bigger/higher buildings take longer too unless there is easy roof access. 

Here's probably an easy question.

My places are fairly easy to fill and I still have a couple of my original tenants from six years ago. 

Sewer pipe replacement is reasonably easy, though can get a bit costly based on length, depth, and if anything else needs to be removed to get to it.

This made it very easy to understand.

Both expensive to fix, but properly venting is relatively easy. all heat rises, so the majority of the heat in your home will end up in the attic. if there is nowhere for it to go, the long term damage can be nasty.

Finding flipper (cash buyers) is easy if you can find deals to attract those buyers.
