Usually takes some experience to go with an offer like that, you can protect yourself with terms such as full walk through of property upon acceptance of offer or subject to third party approval to help get interior access.

If they have AC, New windows and driveway It likely means you’re going to find other nice interior finishes (not always but often) Also don’t be afraid to go east of 117th-there’s some hidden gems there.

Interior received paint, trim, new hand-scraped engineered flooring, rebuilt stairs, custom tile work in bathrooms, updated cabinets with stainless appliances and all new electrical and plumbing fixtures.

I see homes well kept, great tenants in place,new windows, new roof, new interior and has a 10% cash on Cash return.. passed up for old house, nothing new but, high rent and a low price making the cash on cash return 18%.Guess who's going to have the best return over 10 years?
