Demo a pool on a small property is expensive at ARV sense, as heavy equipment will have hard time, I imagine that the one's at La Jolla is a large pool that it makes much more sense doing a demo compared to repairing, a 500sf pool takes almost the same time to build compared to a 200sf pool.Mark G.

I'm planning to provide private assisted living with both full/part time care takers, full time cook, part time nurse, exercise equipment, laundry service, library and transportation.

They generally have about a 75ft sensing range and can be additionally equipped with external battery and solar charger, so no AC power required.

As we near the the moment when its "make an offer on the property" time, I need to also make the call about whether to do business with some random dude I met on the internet; especially as I will be giving him personal financial and identity information to do credit checks etc.

I gather the markets here, how far one is willing to (or equipped to) extend themselves geographically plays a big part in all this.
