There may be an unofficial one held if people still want to get together during the holiday months.

Closed on Dec. 26th, I could have had this turned around in 2 weeks but I decided to do some of the work plus with Holidays it was a little slow moving.

I'm not an attorney and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but it's pretty straightforward. 

I have found that in the end, you can really keep a simplified pricing schedule (weekday, weekend and holiday) set prices and be successful without all the headaches of being so 'dynamic'.  

After thanksgiving holiday checking to see if the dryer vent and killbox and been taken care of, the buyer could not be reached.  

We will be doing more, in fact are in negotiations on the land (but you know how things go once you get into the holidays).

I use Strawberie red envelopes especially around the holidays get's me some Good results!
