Talking to others, even though properties are rented, people stay for the long haul as long as its clean and taken care of.My ability to get my first home without a huge investment is another reason.

Anybody that has had rentals for the long haul 10 years or more will tell you anything can happen at any time. new landlords generally will tell you a slightly different story.

I said call the cops which he did and the corner came and hauled the body away. they never did call me ( the cops) and I sold it to a different investor month or so later as the one that found the body I think he was just freaked out a little too much
