Sections of Europe are now just finally getting it and starting to implement their own small MLS systems, decades after we had them in place.One main reason so many foreign investors got totally hammered by bad turn key marketers in their country or here.. was simply they did not realize how much free info we had on property..

I just saw this thread on a similar discussion and wanted to share that foreign scam operators are posting identical ads and directing the callers to them where they do a collect credit cards for background checks and deposits.

I use a Capital One card, I get dollar for dollar rewards points that can be used for cash back or miles, or credit for other purchases.No annual fee, and I love it because we are doing a large international development project in Belize, I am back and forth alot and there are no foreign transaction fees on using the card, so I can pay for things freely with no fear of racking up fees.
