Just thinking out loud here Long DOM(days on market) typically disclose there's difficulty in closing; like lots of repairs.But don't shotgun multiple offers at the same time as it may be that two or more may accept and then you're in a pickle and have to move forward on all of them - - you can't just blow them off with "just kidding".Secondly, a 40% discount is way too steep for sight unseen.
