I'm extremely curious to hear the BP communities thoughts. 

I love the team that I have in place, which is a major factor keeping my focus in the same geographical area.Going forward, I'd like to explore multifamily rentals and maybe expand to a second market such as North Florida or Central Arizona.I'd also like to get more involved in the real estate investing community in general and attend some meetings at a local REIA.I'd love to share any of my experiences if it helps someone.I look forward to being more involved as a member of the Bigger Pockets community.

Welcome to the Bp community! 

Hello all, I came across the BiggerPockets community as a way to educate myself in REI before taking the big plunge and looking for my first deal. 

It looks like you have $13,000 give or take dedicated to the basement finish.

Plus you create a nice home for somebody to live in, increase tax revenues, and better the community.

My current job doesn't offer a match and I haven't been able to contribute to my Roth so this new strange space opened me up to finding the awesome community hereI thought I'd ask for some steering direction from those who have some experience so I can talk to a local professional (Dallas, TX) for the details/next steps.

Wanted to throw it out to the community as well as get thoughts from those of you who have developed property.

I appreciate the willingness of the members of this great community to help those around them grow.
