Many areas do have temporary eviction freezes because courthouses are closed, but the courts will reopen and evictions will resume.Out your markets, I would put them in the order of Durham, Pittsburgh, then Ft Worth.

All this talk about evictions being taken away by the city of Seattle and even my own LTRs in a very landlord friendly area has no court dates until who knows when....It makes me love my vacation rentals a little bit more.
