New floors, cabinets, paint, blinds, doors, locks, we also added a half bath to a unit that only had 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor.

I added a door to wall off the mother in law suite which I now live in, and had a contractor add a sink, stove, cabinets, and also had them tear out the rug in that "7th" room to add vinyl plank flooring.

From the top of my head this is what we did for the rehab: replaced all the flooring with linoleum vinyl plank, painted the entire interior, cleaned up the bathrooms, used our leftover paint from property 2 for the kitchen cabinets, installed new kitchen tile, replaced the cabinet hardware, expoxy the counter tops, trimmed the trees, addressed minor electrical and plumbing issues, installed new ceiling fans, tuned up the HVAC, fixed minor dents and holes in the wall, and deep cleaned the entire property.After we finished the rehab we sent our property manager out to perform the final inspection and she was very happy with the end result.

Their tastes may have been dark cabinets with glass windows, but if the show or materials provider wanted to showcase light colored solid panels, that is what was installed.

The previous landlord placed cabinet locks on the mailboxes, and I replaced them with post office mailbox recommended locks.I assumed landlords changing the mail locks was common practice.
