RVMs don't really work (doesn't leave vm, or it doesn't ring through, or there's a long delay in the voicemail before recording starts), and some of my automated SMS simply isn't going out despite being scheduled.

It’s not as robust as some of the other CRM’s, e.g. no automated texts, voicemail blasts, etc but you can extract a .csv file for upload into other products that do so.

@Philip L.I had automated a lot of my note investing business and was able to scale significantly.

You can also add on all sorts of cool home-automation features that might appeal to a higher-end buyer.
