It has been an incredible attitude shift so far knowing “I am here because I want to be and not because I have to be” and I’m excited to continue to work towards complete financial freedom.

I generally list on Apartments.com and Zillow which also automatically lists on (I believe) Hotpads and Trulia.

Ive started to see a shift and a slow down, these homes in trendy areas like WH used to have bidding wars and now they are sitting on the market for several months.

In the past, all my transactions, like buying my own house and other investment properties were handled at a title company (we don’t normally use attorneys for closings normally in MO) and the deed of trust was handled alongside it automatically. 

In time, I will shift over to wrapping my commissions into the deal rather than taking them at closing, but this keeps my income and sales volume simple to track as I work to grow both.My concerns:-I want to ensure the protection of my partner's capital both when liquid in a bank account as well as when deployed on a property.

I set my goals (appreciation/cashflow etc) and then my cash gets automatically spread out across deals that are in line with those goals.
