I think a 60-90-180 day automated drip of some kind is really valuable.

If you're familiar with Berkshire Hathaway amd Warren buffet I'm basically using wholesaling the way he uses GEICO once I automate this more I want to spend more time analyzing businesses to purchase (whole or partially through stock).

Every inbound call should have an ability to be tagged based upon the prospect type automatically and from that moment on the prospect should receive automated responses.

RVMs don't really work (doesn't leave vm, or it doesn't ring through, or there's a long delay in the voicemail before recording starts), and some of my automated SMS simply isn't going out despite being scheduled.

It’s not as robust as some of the other CRM’s, e.g. no automated texts, voicemail blasts, etc but you can extract a .csv file for upload into other products that do so.

Has anyone done this and had it be automated?
