STR takes time and you can only automate so much, while ltrs can be basically completely hands off with the right tenants.

What are some reliable websites that you all use to automate this direct mail process ?

Would it be helpful to you as a landlord have have not only the day to day automated but also have guidelines and quick access to local regulations (where there is constant change) in your assets markets to help you stay compliant and avoid potential lawsuits/fines?  

I think a 60-90-180 day automated drip of some kind is really valuable.

If you're familiar with Berkshire Hathaway amd Warren buffet I'm basically using wholesaling the way he uses GEICO once I automate this more I want to spend more time analyzing businesses to purchase (whole or partially through stock). 

@Georgui KasaevI've been using IFTTT to automate lead generation for several months, since I heard about it, and it's awesome. 

RVMs don't really work (doesn't leave vm, or it doesn't ring through, or there's a long delay in the voicemail before recording starts), and some of my automated SMS simply isn't going out despite being scheduled.
