If you're familiar with Berkshire Hathaway amd Warren buffet I'm basically using wholesaling the way he uses GEICO once I automate this more I want to spend more time analyzing businesses to purchase (whole or partially through stock).

It’s not as robust as some of the other CRM’s, e.g. no automated texts, voicemail blasts, etc but you can extract a .csv file for upload into other products that do so.
