Only asking since most newcomers to wholesaling get caught up in the aspect of having "all their ducks in a row" that they forget to focus on what actually matters: deals. 

What have you all seen be successful in regards to wholesaling done the right way?

To claim flood losses from Hurricane Helene, affected families should document all property damage, take photos, and keep receipts for repairs.

Still not 100% certain there is no damage to any of them, but so far it seems all is good.
