As previously mentioned these banks are nationwide so the connection for the bank to the streets is a BPO agent thats supposed to be local and familiar with the market .

I've been an investor since 2006 and things seemed ok for a few years.....but now the redemption checks have stopped coming in, and the 1 property that PIP acquired for me was supposedly worth $40000+ with my $2200 acquisition investment.

I suppose I could advertise the price w/o heating and then in the add clearly state that heating/electrical is an additional flat fee and list it.

Bottom line is, I am very thankful to BP and all the people I’ve met along the way who have helped me on this journey and helped me to understand the power of intelligent real estate investing.Some other time I’ll post on another investment I made that was supposed to be more passive but ended up being very nerve-wracking, and I still don’t have my money back….
