Further to @Shawn Clark's point, if you don't have easy access, one way to tell if a property has been winterized is to look at the MLS listing photos.If there are small signs or tags that are taped on sinks, toilets, dishwashers, etc, those normally are signs stating the the water is off and that the property has been winterized.Around here, they're usually neon green or orange stickers with a few that are just white slips of paper.

Their construction costs are probably relatively low, due to the volume they do and keeping their own crews busy and doing volume purchasing.I'm finding 10 properties in their name right now, in LA, Orange and San Diego Counties.

We purchased these two properties in November 2017.As mentioned earlier I work full time in Orange County CA but have early hours.

There are some deals in Los Angeles, San Diego, and, occasionally, Orange County, but the best "bang for the buck" is the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties) and up in the high desert areas of Victorville and Apple Valley.Hope this helps.
