The fats cats are on a free ride...............so be prepared for their greed to cause more havok one day when we least expect it. 

It can be overwhelming.While the courses will only scratch the surface and not really prepare to make money, passing the test will demonstrate that you can study and at least be familiar with fundamentals. 

We didn't move forward but I did have to do some market research in preparation. 

You just have to be fully prepared to bid on every property on calendar, every day, and hope to get one every now and then.  

The best way to mitigate/reduce risk is to be prepared.

In addition, there is one final matter on which I can assist you … it is in the preparation of your “corporate resolution” OR “resolution”….NOTE: Some investors have a LLC for their buying-selling (“flipping”) entity, others have a “s-corp”.Please be aware that you make an “s-corp” an “s-corp” by filing an “s election” for your corporation entity with the IRS.

This shouldn't be a reason to interrupt your plan but just be prepared. $200 for RE training plus $600 = $800 startup.
