New member from upstate NY

Hello all, 

My name is Greg and I am a new member from upstate NY. I am located about 90 miles north of NYC in Kingston. I am new to REI and have been reading as much as I can about it the last 6 months. I've known for some time that I wanted to get into this as real estate in general has always interested me. I bought my first house one year ago and it is a 2 family that I live in one side and rent the other. I would like to add a few more multi family homes in the near future and also would be interested in some flipping opportunities.

 I feel like I have learned a lot in reading so far but I know I have so much more to learn and I am excited to do so! Can't wait to start digging to this site as it looks like it has a lot to offer!
