UPDATE:  The Unlawful Detainer (UD) application process was not difficult at all, the package comes with a bulleted step-by-step instruction and they offer live instruction on Tuesdays (at the Courthouse) for landlords if needed.

The successful wholesalers I've encountered are very experienced and add value by packaging deals that investors want.  

Keep in mind that on Sunday they will pitch you their packages, which are incredibly expensive.

I am also interested in purchasing multi units for myself as well, package or wholesale deals appeal most to me!

They could probably partner with you and sell this package real fast.

The company I'm going through has what they call the scholarship package which is $385 for the course.

They sell packages and they are upwards of $10K and a la carte entity setups for $1500 and up.Does anyone have experience with this company?  

It's better to deliver a holistic package. 

I am having trouble finding any deals that have the room to make any profit on and am now looking at wholesale "package" properties that have a, what seems like, decent margin.
