High-maintenance garden beds?

The problem is you don't know if you're getting quality, licensed work or whoever was in the Home Depot lot that day. 

Also, a sign on the door saying "smile you're on camera" coupled with a fake $20 video camera from Home Depot might go a long way in deterring theft.

Home Depot, Lowe's, etc, sell them for about $2 each, or a 3-pack of different widths for about $5. 

And--there are (((Families))) Homeless in America -- America needs more Nickerson Gardens type things to house these people.It didn't used to be like this.Good Luck!

He usually goes to Home Depot/Lowes, etc.. in the mornings and picks up the materials and I pay via credit card on the phone.

To be honest, I just went to Home Depot to double-check that the contractor bid was 'close enough' and it was.  

Perhaps it could have a centrally located community garden and solar panels to power up the street lights etc.. 

I would just meet other people at a Real Estate Investment Association, or even hang out at Home Depot and just talk to people you see there or people you see fixing places that are in the areas you want to invest in.
