I would find a great attorney to add to your team, if things don't work out the eviction process is different than someone renting your property.

No way I would give ANY *new* team member ALL of my rehabs, sellers (i.e. to be handled by a new attorney) or buyers (to be handled by a new mortgage rep).

If you do not have a team in place and the skills/experience to rehab and flip, you could lose a lot more money by attempting to do that to save an escrow check.
