Hey All - I am looking at an 8 unit building where 6 of the 8 units are studio apartments.

Traditional hotel rooms don't have kitchens and the ones that do have kitchens are mostly small studios (plus hotels have a bloated inefficient staffing model).I have a colleague who has 500+ flex housing units and he is basically getting short-term rates with short, medium, and longer term stays. 

HDpro acct, Amazon, etc.. and have my contractors email me invoices.

The property has two studios that are rented out in addition to the main house.

Five gallon water bucket with a plank and peanut butter (gross but most effective not poison there are ten plank varieties on Amazon).Buy the equipment and go there to inspect.

The wisest course of action if you choose to ground the electrical box like this is to replace the outlet with a new 2-prong outlet (you can still get them through specialty supply and Amazon if they're not sold in local big-box stores), then use a 3-prong adapter in the outlet with a tab that goes into the central screw (the tab in this case grounds the outlet).

Amazon has a setup that someone on here implemented but I don't recall the details.

All complimented with Amazon fulfillment centers, google, and more tech manufacturing jobs.The bad reputation comes from OOS investors wanting $20k D market properties.

Not sure where my wife got them, but Amazon is a likely candidate.
