You can say that those 3 stocks hold the biggest companies, but they're too big to fail so either way those stocks will never plummet and most likely wont reflect on the majority of how buissnesses are doing which is more reflective of how the economy is doing.

The LLC still owns the property, but we could get a lower interest rate, and my partner wont have to worry as much about liability becasue i will personally back the mortgage, which from what i understand is that an LLC can have a mortgage but one of the individuals has to be personally liable on mortgage.

My current stance is we accept any application that meets credit, criminal, and income qualifications, with no concern on how the money is being paid, but we wont modify our lease terms for said funds.So I wanted to see what everyone else is doing?
