This lady has known me for 5 plus years asked me I wanted to buy her house when she moves in with her daughter.

In landlord world, I think "hating confrontation" would be a huge liability where blunt, direct communication, is a HUGE STRENGTH that is not often appreciated in corporate America, especially from us ladies.

well that is pretty wild  its a big universe out there the chances that anyone have heard of a private individual are remote.but in generalif they want up front money dont do it..
