People here are as nice as you would find anywhere, and generally like to get along rather than cause a lot of trouble, and as someone that grew up in NJ that's worth it's weight in gold.

I would recommend cutting them out most likely unless, for your market, you know for sure they are earning their weight. 

Might be a box of nails that rattle, put a hammer in there to give it some weight, then wrap the real gift inside that one.

I.E. are you paid by the mile, by the weight, is it long distance or a local daily route, etc.

HVAC can weight quite a bit on the renovation 

My plan to get started in REI is to rent my house out, I bought it when the market was at its low and now the market is gradually coming back up.

You can use 3M Command products to hang things without making any holes in any walls; of course, there are weight and shape limits to using those, but no extra touch-up required afterward.
