Two houses they are both 4 bed room houses about 1450 Sqft a peice one is in west Baltimore close to gwyns falls and coppin state the other is in East Baltimore close to Johns Hopkins School, YMCA and Giant.

It was a 2 bed, and the 1 bedrooms around it are going for 10k more than my purchase price. not a lot of people look in the winter, so I think you get better deals, especially if the property is vacant,

Depends on who you ask but lots of young professionals moving to that area, sky high rents ($1000+ for 2 beds).

If a comparable two bed is renting for 1000 in your area then it will rent for 1000 no matter the zoning.

Think about it... it’s a 2 bed one bath.

It's a 2 bed 1 bath house with a small studio on the far end of the property.

I could rent the 1 bed for 800-900. 2 bedrooms go for up to 1200.
