These markets are on fire and at all time highs but headwinds look extremely bleak and reminiscent of the cold winter from 2008.  

Wondering if there is any advice or recommended resources for learning how to approach the whole process including namely all the due diligence needed before we pull the trigger on a deal?

This may sound extreme, but without consequences, they could take weeks to get their stuff out.
