I’m looking to hopefully purchase my first rental property and definitely have paralysis of analysis. I’d appreciate any help with recommendations on looking for a turnkey rental company. I’d prefer to not be actively involved with the management but am open to it I suppose. Any thoughts or direction appreciated

Gordon, I run a STR company in Cleveland and can definitely help you. Contrary to what these guys above say, you can still do really well if you hire someone to do it all for you. Plenty of references to back it up. PM coming.
