That vehicle requires that the retirement-funded business be an active trade or business, not passive holdings.  

If you really want something in RE that is actually 100% passive, publicaly traded REITs might be the closest thing available.

I guess I need to find labor who is skilled and experienced in creating the right sloop so when you do have a water overflow, water can drain through the drain system instead of finding cracks or edge of bath floor to damage the ceiling below and get trapped in between floors.
