In probably a dumb move, I stayed after this property was auctioned and bid on another, a small lot next to a dentist's office and across from the railroad tracks in TinyTown, TN. 

So, that there are no questions about the limits of how often the bf may stay over.

My reasoning is that the more they make the apartment their home the more likely they are to stay a long time

They will offer to stay with a friend or family member.

Stay the course and be consistent.

I'm somewhat knowledgeable on the subject but looking for like minded individuals to share ideas and possibly partner with. 

These do not have plumbing and are for temporary stays like the cabins in state parks, camp grounds...

In fact the one I always stayed at was under an old Fig tree outside & the Burek for breakfast was to die for.

I make sure we have the termination agreement before advertising so they don’t decide later to stay to lease end, wasting my time, and it states liability for damages if they’re not out by new agreement date.

I've got a fair insight into general construction (both my father and father-in-law are GCs), and knowledge of commercial/residential and industrial/farmland.
