There are about a dozen jerseys in the room.  6 prints of Arnold, Mel Gibson as The Road Warrior, Sylvester as Rocky, Soldiers, Guns, Astronauts, and more pictures of pro atheletes in action. 

In Minnesota I would prefer any heat other than electric, property located on a busy road, in a town that has a growing population, in a city that does not require a rental license or permits, updated electric, garages would be a plus.

I’ve heard of the “don’t ask, don’t tell” philosophy, but fear legal repercussion if down the road, the seller was to feel they’ve been slighted.

Either way, they owe something and might be motivated to sell as they are potentially moving down the road to loosing the house.

You want to be sure if something goes wrong 6months down the road, you can expect it to be fixed.

We eventually refunded the loan with our preferred bank but not before losing a boatload of cash to the ‘hump’ in the road.

Btw, it's okay to refine, modify, or totally change your WHY down the road after you get into the biz. 

If in the city limits, chances are you can get multiple lots depending on road frontage and set backs. 

Man, I haven't seen anything like that since I went off road riding. ;-)

This park is around 80-100 acres with a large pond, paved roads lined with trees, and very well kept mobile homes, with a main house that was his great grandmother's.
