I had just graduated from a Flordia college with a useless degree and was now serving Venti Unicorn Frappuccinos to crazed lines running out the door and around the corner.Anyone else have humble beginnings?

I have been researching and trying to learn as much as I can about REI since my Junior year of High School.

I also get the sense that they want to treat their unit as a home and stay established there (i.e. kids are going to school). 

It's a 3bed 1bath in a A school district area. 

We require kids to be immunized to be in public school. 

Moved to CA for grad school and have rented it out for 14 years.

I am currently in school and I just got married this last summer.

While we were initially quite worried about the COVID shutdowns, all of our schools offered in person learning over the last academic year. 

Trick is, we want our kids to stay in the same school, which we could do by buying my in laws home, which they have been wanting to sell and downsize for some time now.

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.
