They are not US citizens but most (or all) of them own businesses in their home country.Any tips/suggestions would be highly appreciated as I am not too familiar with this process but aside from refis, does anyone know of an alternative solution that they would be able to pull their money out and get a loan on with much reasonable rates to purchase one or more other investments?

Everybody has a lot going on right now and individuals have to work through this, some will be fine, others may see a reduction in income and may have an issue coming up with rent, at which time I will work with them individually to come to a mutually beneficial solution whether that be accepting partial rent, utilizing a portion of the security deposit, or coming up with a payment plan.

We have been flexible in the past and will agree to any reasonable solution - some of our tenants are not very good with money management, so for example we transfer rent bi-weekly (he is a branch manager for a bank, for pete sake..!)

They are indeed fortunate to have you as their landlord.I am a tenant, in Colorado, who *will* be able to, and will, pay my rent for April.I can assure you, based on the constant, ever more hopeless, dismal, conversations circulating around the neighborhood by tenants from every nearby rental property, tenants would appreciate knowing where they stand ,rather than, perhaps, even feeling they have no choice but to move themselves out, ahead of perceived legal action by  their landlord.These are reliable tenants, with *years* of paying their rent on time, quiet, respectful tenants, who, for the most part, have landlords that are newer owners, less than a year, of the property they have been renting for 8 or more years.
