There are some northern cities that could be interesting for buy-to-let: Zaragoza, Burgos, Logrono, Lleida,... all these cities have small-medium size universities and good public services and you could buy for a discount. 

@Hubert Washington, one point that I haven't seen mentioned is looking to the public markets for signs.  

Sure, there are plenty who are sensitive or 'touchy' but they just resent having to file a legal matter with public records open to those who wish to contact them.Therefore, you need to find a way to add clue to their lives by solving orribkems and being helpful. 

Their marketing budget balance sheet will no doubt feature website and domain maintenance, SEO optimisation, the cost of employing marketing staff, advertising and public relations to name a few.But where does networking fit in?

You may get your face in front of the public but once they click on your name if there's nothing there they're going to move on.
