@Jessie Contreras I would also recommend checking in to Indianapolis, but there are several unscrupulous players in the area so I would interview several options and ensure that you do your due diligence at every step.

I would think more so along the lines of Scottsdale.Scottsdale is really more so built around the resort lifestyle... but then you're competing with some major players in that industry out there.Perhaps clarify your exact plans a bit.

So I would be hiring an architect to draw up the plans to reconfigure the home and to make a design layout, then it would be on me to find a contractor capable of executing those plans? 

I am currently a professional baseball player for the Chicago White Sox.  

It also has capabilities of pulling your listings right from MLS (if you are wanting to promote listings) and creating a splash page with flipbook, virtual tour and so forth, and sends it out to all the syndicates.  

What are your thoughts on that process for those of us who aren't quite as capable or interested in doing the work ourselves?

This is a setting on iPhones and I believe Android/Other phones have the same capability.  

In the sub 100k lending market with ARVs around 150k the margins are so slim and loans so small for a big player like GS to even do loans that small.
